Returns and Guarantee
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All of our Products are covered by the legal warranty, provided that they have been used under normal conditions and that the maintenance advice has been followed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
If you are within the 14 day return period we offer 3 options:
- Exchange your item for a different size/color.
- Exchanges are only available for the size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.
- Refund details and vouchers
By default, the mode of refund is the voucher. If you wish to receive a refund, please let us know.
Only the final price paid (after any reduction) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be re-issued and are not refundable.
Replacement of an erroneous or defective item
We are very sorry! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
1. Your order number
2. Description of the problem (e.g. wrong / defective item)
3. A photo or video
Error on the size or dimension of a product
If the product has an obvious manufacturing error on the dimension and this prevents the use of the product, we will proceed to an exchange.
In the event of an error on the part of the customer in the choice of the desired dimensions, the order is not eligible for a return or refund.
How can I get a refund for my product?
If you wish, we can ship you a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable). Due to inspection, warehouse and processing fees, some items may incur a 15% restocking fee for returned and refunded orders. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect will not incur this restocking fee. The fee will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift coupon will be emailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
You should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
